You may use the washer/dryer if needed (with supplied detergent/softener), and bottled water dispenser is provided. Guest access You get the entire house and fenced yard. We live next-door, and I love to meet our guests, but will not interfere with your stay. Other things to note Our rate is based on a max of four adults, with kids staying free. For more than four adults, there will be a $25 per night additional cost for each. Discount of 20% will be given for more than seven night's stay. We also have a non-refundable $25 pet fee, per pet, per stay, payable on arrival by cash (preferred) or debit/credit card, with any damages or extra cleaning requirements charged to the Guest. We allow CATS only if declawed - we've had damages from cats scratching on bedding and furniture.
