Your booking confirmation allows for up to 8 guests. We have a beautiful yard and deck for you to enjoy but please don’t play music at a high volume or play music outside after 10 pm. SIx cars can be parked in the driveway but there is no parking on the street. This home is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood and we maintain a great relationship with our neighbors. Reports of loud music, nudity, drug use, or any other illegal or inappropriate behavior will result in the remainder of your stay being canceled and no refund will be given for any unused nights. To protect you and our home, our home is equipped with cameras on outside entrances. This system can be armed by you while you are renting. Access code is the four-digit code provided to you. The system also unlocks the front door. No key is required. Books, board and card games, cooking equipment, and yard games are available for your use during your stay.
