Much of his art is three-dimensional, assemblage style. Johney figured out that he could make kitchens into art, so he studied rock shops around the country, created his tools, and opened his stone fabrication shop in the garage of his home in 1999. Johney’s eye for the perfect rock and design to match his customers’ personalities landed him on the cover of Southeast Living Magazine. He’s a classic entrepreneur, turning one sale into another tool, and eventually, he built his shop in the back and expanded the home around it until a masterpiece was created, and ready to share with you.
