This house is full of natural light and you will love it's inviting and casual layout. New owners have recently completed whole house updates throughout, including the kitchen with new black stainless steel appliances and bathrooms with tiled showers and granite topped vanities. Two levels of living space allow room to roam. The bedroom on the first level has 2 Queen beds. A trundle bed in the sunroom, open to the kitchen, can accommodate additional guests. The second floor master bedroom has a King bed with access to an en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bath also. Close to the beach and all of Seabrook Islands resort amenities, 770 Spinnaker will not disappoint! Unpack your bags and start living the island life. 1 dog up to 30# is welcome to join you on vacation. Additional fees apply. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office. There is non-refundable pet fee which is added to the cost of the rental if bringing your dog. SI Business License 2024-1358 Guest access ** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
