We are off the main path and it is a quiet place to reconnect with what matters. We encourage our guests to unwind on our spacious comfy screen porch with chairs, table, and a futon chair for naps. Also use our large private maze outdoor shower. Be prepared for loads of sun and fun. Unlike most rentals ours includes all paper products, spices, plastic ware, toiletries, coffee, tea, all linens, beach chairs, noodle, sun screen, bug spray and GOLF CART available for RENT during your stay. The space Welcome to “Happily ever after” the last place you will need to go on vacation. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable time in our 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage. The living room is furnished with handmade wood accent pieces. The kitchen is perfect for the chef equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee percolator, Mr coffee, Keurig, china dinnerware, blender, small waffle maker, pots and pans, plenty of Corning and bakeware. There is a community dock steps away when you depart the water taxi (pirates water taxi call for reservations at in advance) and a concierge to take you and your groceries to our home. ($20) Once inside you will find the items you need to enjoy yourself. We include toiletries in our elaborate outside maze shower, all paper products, kitchen staples, condiments, trash bags, toiletries, bug spray, sun screen, electric grill ( no need for charcoal bags or worrying about gas) and a complimentary bottle of wine or two, noodles, beach chairs, and beach towels. We are walking distance to the beach so a golf cart isn’t required but we do offer golf cart rental. We are not on a main cart path and privacy and solitude are always available. Our screen porch is comfortable with over stuffed chairs, futon, bistro table and trees everywhere! You can fish from dock or beach. Just don’t forget your bait. Games, books, craft items are there for your use and gives everyone something to do when you need to avoid the sun for a couple hours! We have a dedicated beach boardwalk that takes you over the sand and deposits you on the beach. If we forgot anything we are only a text away. Guest access Entire home Other things to note Guests will need to make arrangements to reach island using pirates water taxi Parking is available for your car during your stay at Eldreds Marina there is a per day charge. On exiting property all trash must be taken off island to Eldreds. There is a per bag charge. There is a concierge available at our dock #78 to carry you and your groceries. Please let us know a week in advance if you require this service. Boats can be rented or bring your own and dock at our community visitor docks, #78 or #79 no charge but max 24’ boat, first come first serve. We have been fortunate to always have room for our guests. Golf carts can also be rented in advance at LGI carts.
