AREA The site of Maloeira, in Fajã da Ovelha, offers peace and quiet. The country air is perfect to release all stress and enjoy moments of calm and peace, in a kind of city 'reset'. With a great sun exposure all year round, the municipality of Calheta is also inviting to set off to discover the island of Madeira. About 20 minutes by car you are in the center of Calheta where you will find the yellow sandy beach, several restaurants, a supermarket and the fantastic Museum of Contemporary Art. Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar are about 10 minutes away by car. These two small villages offer their own beach, entertainment and beauty. About 200 meters from the house there is a small grocery store with fresh produce. HOW TO GET TO The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property.
