The space Poppleton Creek is a quiet and friendly complex with no sort-term rental allowed. Mostly retirees and full-time residents. You can walk to shopping and restaurants next to the complex and bike to amazing downtown Stuart. Guest access There is one dedicated parking space on the side of the townhome. I hardly use my car around town since there is so much shopping and entertainment within a mile or two. Other things to note Requires lease application including background check to be submitted to my HOA for approval. This takes up to 30 days but has not been a problem for my guests. I pay all application fees.
