The host lives in the 2000 square foot main house and the guest house is an attached 1553 square foot "mother in law quarters". The guest house is what is available. The pool house is an additional 1000 square foot but has no sleeping quarters. The host likely will be home for most stays but you likely wont see them unless you see them at check-in. Guest access Grill, half kitchen in guest house (no conventional oven), outdoor kitchen in pool house with grill, crockpot, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, utensils, pots and pans, outdoor firepit, gas/wood fireplace in pool house, outdoor heated pool from May - September and pool house. Host family will likely be present during stay and will have pool access when in season. There is a doorway between the main living space and the guest house which is separated by an alarm. Video surveillance in pool house, pool and gate entrances. Other things to note Outdoor speakers must be turned off by 10pm. Pool house doors must be closed up every night. Make sure gate to backyard has latched shut, pull the gate closed to ensure it is closed. Please do not play in fire pit glass. Keep single door in pool house facing the basement sliding glass door closed and locked in place at all times. Close door, push the black button on the side in and turn the door handle UP. This will lock the man door in place. Read directions on door. Retractable doors on this side can be open but please keep the little door closed to prevent any damage to the doors/glass.
