We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours, who will let us know if there are any disturbances. PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If the next guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay.
