S'more Time at Hidden Creek is a quiet retreat for Smoky Mountain visitors who want to avoid the crowds in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is separated from neighboring homes by a half mile of forest, but that doesn't mean sacrificing convenience. The cottage sits beside a mountain creek which can typically be heard through open windows in the evening, while visiting with friends around the creek side fire ring, or while exploring the short walking trail. The space Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age. The cottage has a large, spacious floor plan with vaulted ceilings. The living area, dining area, kitchen, and primary bedroom are on the main level. The cottage includes a real wood-burning fireplace and game room. The private hot tub on the wrap around porch is a perfect spot for soaking up mountain views and starry nights. The Primary suite is on the lower level and the second bedroom area, including one queen and two built-in twin beds, is in the open loft which also includes the game room area. This house is accessed by a 1/2 mile gravel road and driveway. An AWD/4WD is recommended. This home is not pet/animal friendly and is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, smoking outside only, please use the provided ash bucket, do not throw cigarette butts in the yard or in the bushes around the house. We do strictly enforce a NO PET/ANIMAL and NO SMOKING/NO VAPING Policy; a minimum $350.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged if smell or evidence of smoke or animals is present in the house. Due to severe family allergies to animals and smoke, we are unable to allow either, under any circumstance, at the property. If it is determined that either of these house rules has been broken, there is a possibility of being evicted by Airbnb, with no refund. The house has a MAXIMUM number of 6 guests-this includes everyone in the party, including children 1 year of age and older. If the house maximum is exceeded, there is a $100.00 per person/per night fee that will be charged. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire house except for a cleaner's closet and owner's closet. Other things to note This home is protected by ONE Blink security camera, motion activated, that is affixed to the front porch and records the driveway and walkway to the front door. This camera is not monitored. The camera records both video and audio. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.
