This property features 3 Security Cameras. One overlooking garage and gate, front door entrance, backyard overlooking pool and backdoor. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. All will begin recording when motion is detected until motion has ceased. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy except the garage. Other things to note No loud noise after 9 PM and NO parties whatsoever. Please be respectful of our neighbors. There are surveillance cameras outside to ensure the safety and security of our property and guests. Pets are welcome but for a $75 one time fee PER pet. Dogs must be potty trained and house broken. Any pet urine stains found from any animal will result in a $250 fee being assessed plus the cost of any damages. Any additional damage done to the house by any animal will be charged full replacement cost and paid 100% by the guest. Any holes dug by dogs must be filled in or repaired prior to check out or a $150 will be assessed. No exceptions. Trash is collected on Wednesday (must be placed out on Tuesday night as it is an early collection) and Recycling is collected every other Thursday. We will contact you about placing these items out if it occurs during your stay. Please Please Please respect our neighbors. NO Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please ensure all lights and fans are turned off before leaving along with ALL appliances. Please thoroughly clean and stow all used dishes. No candles, glitter, or plug in air fresheners are allowed. No tape or anything sticky is permitted on the walls or any part of the home. Please do not use our white washcloths or towels to remove your makeup. Please use the plain black towels or the black towels with “makeup” written on them. Any ruined towels will be charged to the guests ($10) to replace. Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check out. We include a reminder in our check out instructions. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick up of items with the hosts and under some circumstances we will mail items for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment. If you break something, it’s your duty and your responsibility to report it. All doors are to be shut swiftly after entry and exit - our security system will alert us if any doors or windows are open longer than 5 minutes and we will contact you to close ASAP. Please place all furniture back where you found it. Please Leave all rollaway beds on the 2nd floor. If you need extra linens, let us know! Please do not help yourself to our stock on the 1st floor. Events are NOT allowed BUT might be considered (i.e. bridal shower, baby shower). Two night minimum. If APPROVED a fee will be assessed. An Additional security deposit will be required paid directly to owner of $500 and a rental contract will be signed. Minimum $250 charge for any event on top of nightly rates. Guests will be required to clean any trash and return the property back into the condition it was delivered. All loud noise must be silenced by 9 PM. No exceptions. If excess trash is left a $100 fee will be assessed. ****We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and alert Airbnb and authorities, if necessary, if any of our house rules are being violated or if our home is being mistreated or damaged. We kindly ask our guests to please treat our home like it is your own! We want to be able to provide services for our guests for years to come and your kindness and consideration helps make that happen.
