You can enjoy a daily value up to $210 when you book your short term stay with us: Relaxation and fresh ocean breezes await you in your condo!  Your condo will have the benefit of being a first- floor ocean, front-condo with views of the natural dunes and literally steps away from the beach walk-over.   Your condo has all of the luxuries of home in a paradise setting, including a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, WiFi, cable TV, washer and dryer, a 45-inch flat screen with blue tooth sound television, and updated furnishings.  Other luxuries include, a foosball coffee table, a sleep sofa for the unplanned (or planned!) guests, a private first-floor patio facing the dunes and beach walk-over, ceiling fans, and smart televisions in each of the bedrooms. Your condo will comfortably sleep six people.  The master bedroom suite has a comfy king-size bedroom, and the master bath has a walk-in shower.  The guest bedroom has a double and a twin bed. The guest bath has an updated bath and shower combo.  The living room features a comfy sofa bed for the extras who want a piece of paradise. When you are not relaxing on the beach or in the condo, the resort has lots for you and your loved ones to do.  There are two swimming pools, four newly resurfaced tennis courts, shuffleboard, a new Bocce ball court, pickle ball court, and racquet ball! Old St. Augustine is just a fifteen-minute drive should you choose to venture out!  St. Augustine Amphitheatre, a hot music venue, is just a seven-minute drive.  You will never be bored! There is no need to check in at the onsite Rental Office. Every vehicle on the property requires a parking pass. One parking pass is included with your reservation and will be available at the CSO Entrance Gate Station located at 880 A1A Beach Blvd., St. Augustine, FL 32080 upon your arrival. A second parking pass may be purchased online for $15 provided that you arrange for the pass at least 48 hours prior to your checkin. A link to purchase a second pass will be included in your Welcome email. Please submit the online form and pay for your second parking pass by credit card at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any delays in gaining access to the complex.
