My beautiful fenced in yard overlooks a pond and path for your enjoyment. All 4 beds are on 2nd level. The fifth bed is on the main level. The finished rec room is on the garage level for your enjoyment. Every thing brand new! NO PARTIES! The space No locals no parties or gatherings. Unauthorized people on the reservation will result in immediate cancellation. Also if you’re into Boating and water sports I own a boat approximately 50 minutes away from this location in Fox Lake IL and is available for a daily rental fee. Message me for more details! My home is in a beautiful quaint neighborhood filled with ponds and paths and walkways that you can jog or walk around and exercise. I have a large beautiful fenced in backyard complete with patio furniture grill and fire pit for your enjoyment. There are 5 smart TVs for your enjoyment with subscription access to Netflix Hulu and sling box. I am 25 minutes from O’Hare and 35 minutes from Chicago. There is a mall a gym and numerous restaurants and stores nearby as well as the World famous Woodfield Mall. There’s absolutely no fishing swimming boating or entering of the pond for any reason. Is to be viewed for your enjoyment only. It’s a very tranquil property as I do not have neighbors on one side. There are numerous families that have been in my neighborhood a long time please respect my neighbors and observe quiet time after 10 PM daily. Again no parties or events or gatherings. Local and state statute prohibit any gathering over 10 persons due to COVID-19. Masks must be worn everywhere in Illinois at all times pursuant to Illinois statute. Please observe the rules. No reservations to Adults under 25 years of age. Absolutely no pets my family has extreme allergies. Before each reservation this home is Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized as well as treated with an ozone treatment machine to kill all microbes pathogen's and bacteria's. Guest access As a guest you have access to every part of my home except for the garage. I use that for storage. My driveway fits four cars comfortably. No more than four cars permitted per reservation. There is no overnight parking on the street by my house only during the day. Other things to note There is a local grocery store gas station and restaurants as well as Kohl’s department store within walking distance as well as numerous parks and pathways throughout the neighborhood!
