Summit Getaway is located adjacent to the Ross Barnett Reservoir. This cozy bungalow is located in a safe, walkable, quite neighborhood. It has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Both bathrooms have tub/showers with large vanities. Washer and dryer just off of the full kitchen. The space We've spent the last year traveling for work at various hospitals and understand the trouble finding suitable housing. You want a clean, comfortable place to stay that is in a neighborhood where you can feel safe. You are traveling, but still want to feel like you are home - full kitchen to prepare meals. A quiet place to Netflix and chill after a long day at work. Easy access to laundry! Laundry mats and coin operated laundry are no fun. We have offered this home with you in mind. Guest access You will have full access to the house as your home away from home. Other things to note And, let’s talk about dogs...We love them, we have one and we travel with ours too! So we are happy to host! However, we need to know in advance if you plan to bring your dog. Our standard pet policy is one dog and less than 40lbs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35 that is not shown in your reservation and will be charged after booking. If there are any damages related to pets, we ask that you kindly be reliable. Also, be aware the backyard is fenced, however it is not perfect and there may be opportunities for your fur baby to dig or get out. We provide some bags and ask that you pick up after your pet. About cats, we understand they are family too, however we do not allow them due to future guest’s allergies.
