The space Cottage has a large drive way, lots of space for parking. Yard has fire pit, including some wood to start you out with additional fire wood for a small fee. Tiki bar with lights, stools and Petey . Lawn chairs on each covered porch and around the fire pit. Lot of room for the kids to run around! Want to pitch a tent, no problem, just let us know. There is a charcoal grill with some charcoal to get you started. An activity closet has small assortment of board games, puzzles, card games, coloring books, etc. Light up cornhole boards, yard yatze, and ladder toss available for those yard tournaments. 2 adult bikes are available..take them for a spin to the Strip via the paved bike path! Bedrooms have queen beds, with pillows, blankets and throw blankets provided. Bedding and pillows are available for the sofa bed. We provide towels for the kitchen and bathroom. Forgot your toothbrush, don't worry limited toiletries available. Kitchen has standard refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, mixer, blender, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, some paper products--and much more, have a question, just send us a message! AND did we mention the coffee bar?? Whether you are brewing a pot or a single cup-we have you covered! Guest access Area attractions can be driven to, you can walk or bike to the Strip on the paved bike path, limited area taxis and Ubers are available from May to September, guests are responsible for those fees. Other things to note Enjoy keyless entry! NO EARLY CHECK INS!!! This includes bag drop offs and parking. Guests entering before 3pm will be charged an additional night-no exceptions. We live on the same road, you will pass our home and our security cameras will record the time you arrive. NO weapons or firearms are allowed. No exceptions. NO fireworks are allowed. Yes Ohio law stated they are legal however we do not permit them in the cottage or on our property. Cottage is NON SMOKING inside-no exceptions, not even because of weather!! That inclides vapes! **Absolutely NO marijuana use is permitted. Guests who smoke in the cottage will be charged. No pets-don't ask, NO exceptions are made. **If you have an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL: 1) You must notify us PRIOR to booking 2) You can and will be charged a pet fee 3) If the animal is deemd out of control examples include jumping on people, incessant barking the guest can have actions taken against them. 4) The host decline your reservation. These are Airbnb's policies. Additionally you will be charged for any and all damages and will receive a negative review. No guests are to stay in the cottage past the number of guests in the paid reservation. Violation of this rule will result in you being charged additional guest fees, cleaning fees, and you will receive a negative review. The paid guests can face immediate cancellation of their reservation..meaning you will be given 30 minutes to pack and leave, regardless of time of day. No refunds will be issued. The cottage is owner cleaned and maintained. We inspect and inventory the cottage after every guest. Please show our cottage the same respect you would your own home.
