The Collingwood was built in 1882 and boasts quintessential Chautauqua charm. Inside the Chautauqua Institution, the house is surrounded by tall maples and shady oaks. It is one block from the lake, with large porches for enjoying the gentle breeze off the lake or golden hour light through the trees. Apt 2 is a classic 1-bedroom with combined living sleeping area. The porch has a dining area and porch chairs for relaxing. Guests MUST advise upon booking if they wish to bring a dog. The space This lovely apartment is on the first (ground) floor with a large porch area. The combined living/bedroom area sleeps two, and has a closet, desk, and Queen Anne chair. The cozy kitchen is equipped with a four burner gas stove/oven, table and chairs, microwave, undercounter refrigerator and additional mini freezer, pantry, table, coffee pot, and toaster. The private bathroom has a toilet, sink, standing shower, and additional storage. There is a step-in shower with grab bar. There is AC, and wifi is included.
