This three-bedroom condo is located directly across the street from Heavenly Village and the Heavenly Gondola, allowing for easy mountain access in winter and summer. RESORT: Zalanta Resort at the Village - A Vail Resort Property ACCESS: Fast elevator to the 3rd floor and no steps necessary anywhere. LIVING AREAS: This is a three-bedroom condo that has a professionally decorated, new interior and can accommodate groups of up to 10 family and friends. The main space in the condo boasts a spacious living room, dining area, and FULL KITCHEN, complete with an island with a bar perfect for breakfast or drinks! The connected layout allows your group to socialize throughout the living area and allows you to use natural light for the full area during the day. SLEEPING: This condo features three bedrooms and a QUEEN SOFA BED in the living room. The master bedroom sleeps two people and features a KING BED and 65" television, and has a connected bathroom with a walk-in closet. The second bedroom sleeps up to four people and has TWO QUEEN BEDS, a 65" television, two closets, and a connected bathroom. Finally, the third bedroom sleeps two people and has TWO TWIN BEDS, a 65" television, two closets, and a bathroom just one door down. A QUEEN SOFA BED that sleeps two people is also available in the living room and has access to the same bathroom as the third bedroom. All beds have high-quality 100% organic cotton sheets from Bioweaves, and extra blankets are available for those who need a bit of extra warmth. BATHROOM: Three full bathrooms ensure that no one is stuck waiting to use them. The towels are also 100% organic cotton from Bioweaves, ensuring that they are high quality and super soft. All bathrooms have a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and lotion, among other amenities. Most importantly, the bathroom lights are bright enough to get ready for your day! CONTENTS: Your stay will include a supply of high quality, brand name tissue, paper towels, toilet paper, and enough toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and lotion to last your stay. We have supplied it the same way we do for ourselves. Additionally, your stay includes amenities such as a drip coffee maker with coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea, a toaster, blender, kitchen knives, dishware, pots, pans, silverware, a private patio with BBQ grill and patio furniture, board games, fast and free Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in the living area and all bedrooms. AT RESORT: The pool and hot tubs are heated year-round and are the perfect place to relax with family and friends or even get some exercise swimming laps. The pool also has a ramp entrance to make it more accessible to those with mobility concerns. Pool towels are provided at the pool by the resort. Next to the pool, you'll find the free gym with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the courtyard, perfect for anyone looking to get a bit more exercise. One of the most important amenities for winter visitors is the ski valet service in the lobby, making it easy to grab your equipment and head across the street to hit the slopes. NEAR RESORT: When looking for a great central location, Zalanta is the best choice for anything in South Lake Tahoe. The Heavenly Gondola and Heavenly Village, with shops, restaurants, and activities, are directly across the street, ensuring that you won't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to. A few blocks away is the stunning Lake Tahoe and easy beach access. One block north is Harvey's, Harrah's, Mont Bleu, and Hard Rock, along with all that they have to offer! If you're looking for a supermarket, Raley's is located next to Heavenly Village, or Whole Foods is a short drive away. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo, as well as all common areas at the Zalanta resort. Upon arrival, just visit the reception desk, give them the name you registered with, let them know that you are guests of the Hildebrand Family #326, and they'll hand you your key cards. From there you can access the pool, hot tub, gym, and courtyard! Other things to note CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am, but if you need a different check-in or check-out time please message us and we will do our best to accommodate you. SKI SCHOOL: If you are interested in private ski lessons, please contact the host to get set up with one of Heavenly's stellar ski instructors! CLEANING: All cleaning is in compliance with the 5-step enhanced cleaning process. The condo will be freshly cleaned and stocked for check-in. Extra cleanings are available for a $299 fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. SUPPLIES: The condo will be stocked with an initial supply when you arrive, but please note that while there is a generous quantity of most items, if you use them up, the only way to replenish the supply would be to request an extra cleaning for $299. This includes fresh towels, linens, soaps topped off, toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, and everything else just like a new arrival. There is a grocery store next to Heavenly Village, a washer and dryer in the unit with detergent, a dishwasher, and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. SERVICES: The resort staff is available to help you with questions and almost anything you need, but they are Vail Resorts staff. Since you are saving money and booking directly through us, essentially bypassing Vail Resorts' high prices and fees, Vail does not permit them to provide bell or housekeeping services to you, our guests. (Trash pick-up is still included) FACILITIES: The resort amenities may, from time to time, be temporarily out of service or under maintenance for various reasons. We will keep you informed as we are if this occurs, but we cannot make special accommodations for conditions that are out of our control. RETAIL SHOPS AND MUSIC: This condo is one of the quieter units at Zalanta and in the area because it faces the back of the resort, far from the elevator and away from the road noise and village events, but it and most others at Zalanta look over the courtyard. While it is not noisy, you may be able to faintly hear sound from below in the evenings before quiet hours, which are from 10PM to 9AM. During quiet hours, you can expect there to be no music or sound, and typically, those in the courtyard start winding down at 9PM each night. This is typical throughout the Heavenly Village and Downtown South Lake Tahoe area and is almost never an issue, but should be noted just in case.
