There is a phone for unit to unit use and to call the gate guard. There is Wifi, Direct TV, Blue Tooth wireless sound equipment and a DVD player. We have 4 TVs in the condo that all have independent channel searching capability and HDMI compatible. For stays of 6 days or more, the private laundry room is available, for shorter stays there is an extra cost for access to the laundry room. The balcony furniture is very nice and invites you to just hang out and take it all in.
