This is an open, bright and comfortable home that has been fully renovated. It is a traditional style, Chicago two-flat. By renting the entire house, you would have access to both apartments. Each apartment includes a living room, dining area, fully stocked, brand new kitchens, two bedrooms and one bath. It is a wonderful, cost effective option for large groups traveling together. We would love to host you for your trip! Pets welcome with pre-approval (contact host). The space Our home offers a lovely place to recuperate from the hustle and bustle of downtown Chicago, local attractions, or family festivities. Our home also offers lots of space to take a minute to yourself or enjoy the company of friends and family. It is bright, open, warm, and welcoming. Let adults enjoy dinner and drinks on the first floor while sending the kids upstairs to enjoy a movie and popcorn. Guest access We do not live on the property. We live about a mile away and are available anytime you need us. We work from home most days and can easily stop by if you need help with anything. Other things to note We rent the garage spaces out so you might see our garage spot renters from time to time. Garbage and recycling pick up is on Thursday.
