Lodge in a historic antique and art-filled modern studio located in the heart of the revitalized Tacoma Theater District. If this property sounds familiar you may have seen our other property featuring two beautiful 'hip and trendy' condos in the same unique building. The Rowland Building is a completely renovated historic property that features three upscale condos and this charming studio tastefully furnished with original artwork and antiques. *Please read our Other details to note section. The space Experience Urban living at its finest and live within walking distance to great eateries; the Theaters; the International Glass Museum; the Washington State History Museum; the Tacoma Art Museum; the YMCA; The University of Washington Tacoma campus; and Antique Row. Visit the Thursday Farmers' Market (two blocks away May-October) and buy fresh produce, arts, and crafts; and dine at one of the many nearby popular restaurants, pubs, and breweries (within one block of the studio) Or enjoy a cozy night in watching your favorite shows on the smart TV, Free WiFi and cable. Guest access This cozy studio is all yours for the stay. We meet each guest to guide them through the process how to enter the condo as well as the parking garage. It is on the 3rd level of our building. It is accessed by the back stairway which comes out at the back of the building on "Court A" street. We do however provide you with a parking pass to Park Plaza North for vehicle parking. There is also street parking that is paid during the day and free at night. We accept no reasonability we just are providing a pass to make it more convenient. Other things to note This area is an ideal base from which to explore the nearby Puget Sound (located three blocks from the Thea Foss Waterway). Adventure enthusiasts can travel by car or ferry to cosmopolitan Seattle and romantic Vashon Island, and beautiful Victoria, Canada. Outdoor lovers can visit nearby parks, and marinas. Recreational opportunities abound with skiing and hiking at nearby Crystal Mt., Snoqualmie, and Mt. Baker (about an hour away). Nature devotees can visit the Olympic National Rain Forest and Mt. St. Helens, where the thirty-year anniversary of its historic eruption was recently honored. *Please not we don't allow same day booking/move in *Guests must be min of 25 years of age to book. *Guest to have 4.5 stars or higher rating with Airbnb *Guests must be available between 2pm and 6pm to move in. We meet each guest in person to go over how to access the condo as well as where the parking garage is located etc.
