Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. About the Space: First Level - Private entrance and private full size bathroom Second Level - Queen size bed, kitchenette, sitting area Great Wifi and cell phone service! AC and Heat Roku TV for streaming (guests must log into their own streaming accounts) No pets Kitchenette: Small fridge, microwave, countertop double burner, crockpot, toaster, and sink Fry pan, two sauce pans, and associated cooking tools Plates, bowls, glasses (pint and wine), coffee mugs and wine opener Traditional coffee maker with filters and grounds supplied Outdoor Area: Charcoal grIll - provide upon request Firepit - wood provided upon request Provided: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided.
