There is another 1 bedroom unit directly below this apartment which may be rented. The river front will be shared by both apartment guests. There is a small dock which you can access the river. Other things to note No children under 12 due to the steepness of the river bank. This property is about a football field from a train track that runs through the center of town. If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. However, if you're a train lover, this is it. The trains go by 3-6 times in 24 hours period and does run at night. Although the Elk River runs through the town of Noel, there are few facilities in the town itself. You will find a pizza place, doughnut shop, feed/hardware store and dance hall.
