This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay. The space This is a rustic historical comfortable cottage. We have AC and heat to keep you comfortable in any season. This cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed that sleeps two people, one bathroom with a shower, and one living room with a sofa and small dining table, kitchenette and accent chairs. The courtyard includes three outdoor dining areas, a firepit, fountains , string, lighting, and barbecue. There is also ample parking out in front of the Cottages . Guest access There’s an outdoor courtyard with fire pit and picnic tables and fountains. Other things to note I do allow dogs but ask for a small pet fee. It’s is $10/ dog as my cleaning team needs to do a deeper cleaning for the next guest after your departure. There are several payment options listed in the cottage and the fee can be paid when you arrive.
