Home located in the back of subdivision. 15 mins to ft Benning, 15 mins to strip mall, shopping and restaurants. 10 mins to downtown, white water rafting, zip lining, springer, rivermill, clubs and bars. SECURITY: For your protection, there is 4 security cameras located at the front door, back door and both sides of the house. Front security door camera detects motion and records audio and video of the property. Guests who 1) check-in early OR (check-out from 11 AM to 1 PM) will be charged a late fee of $50, or 2) check-out past 1 PM will be charged that night's room fee. Cleaning fees cover basic cleaning between stays. You’ll be responsible for any damage beyond the security deposit. - Food: No food left out. Clean up after yourself. - No Illegal Substances. - Parties/Events: No open parties or events, but feel free to celebrate responsibly. - Smoking: Outside only. $200 fine for indoor smoking. - Hookahs: You may bring your own, but use them outside at your own risk. - Responsibility: The booking guest assumes all risk for injuries, accidents, and loss of belongings. - Parking: No loitering or parking in front of neighbors’ homes or in unauthorized areas.
