This walkout basement apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (adults/children) plus a packNplay for infant. It has an open concept living room with gas fireplace and a 65” flat screen smart tv, a bistro dining area as well as two island bar stools, two desk/office spaces and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove/double oven, a large microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer and lots of pantry storage. The two fully reclining lift chairs in living area are electric as well and can lay relatively flat or lift you up to a full standing position. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet with room for the packNplay and includes a stacked washer/dryer. The adjustable queen bed converts into two twin beds, as needed. Each side of the bed is adjustable raising either or both head and foot. The 3 piece bathroom has a walk in shower with safety grab bar & a safety shower floor mat, a single vanity, high rise toilet, a large linen closet and access to more storage under the stairs. We have both twin and queen raised air mattresses to accommodate the 5 guests. The stairs lead up to owners space which is locked and not accessible. Please park near the curb on the upper driveway & on the far right lane to prevent blocking host's cars when we leave our garages. Call or text us prior if you need to drive down the back driveway for handicap reasons so we can share the process and information. Note there is no drive turnaround and driveway is about 8 feet wide at its narrowest point. With advance notice, wheelchair or mobility scooter access to be apartment is possible through the basement garage. Plenty of outdoor lighting if ETA is after dark to light the way to the walkout apartment's entrance. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON PATIO (smell drifts up to host's deck) and no PETS (except for seeing eye dogs). There is a spot in back yard for smoking (inquire upon check in). Includes wireless WiFi. Smart TV has Roku & streaming services (Netflix, YouTubeTv etc.) NEW COVERED PATIO (12'x32') with dining table & 4 chairs plus a cushioned loveseat glider, a ceiling fan & lights. Enjoy the outdoor area in sunny, rainy or snowy weather. Guest access Enjoy the apartment & covered patio. Walk the garden and path to & around the HOA lake. No access to upstairs nor to basement garage unless needed for wheelchair or mobility scooter.
