Anita's cottage is a 1 bdrm (with an additional sturdy blow up queen mattress if needed) 1 bath plus a fully accommodated kitchen right off China Spring Rd in Waco. We are located 15 minutes from Baylor Stadium and 5 minutes from Lake Waco. STR00044-01-2020 The space Cottage, right side of car port and fenced area in front of cottage. Guest access Parking is on the right side of the car port. The cottage has it’s own fenced yard, available directly in front. Other things to note There is a pet fee of $35/pet, which will collect for any pets not paid for during booking, at check in. Limit of 2 dogs under 50 lbs. Pets are not to be left unattended in the cottage or yard, unless in kennel.
