You will be staying in a 24 ft tiny house designed by Homestead Tiny House Company, located in the idyllic City of Williston, full of classic small town charm. We make check in super easy! Check in through Airbnb & receive step by step instructions to get inside your unit. Once you're here check out our great amenities, including an outdoor seating pavilion, grill, and on-site Sad Donkey coffee shop! The space This 24 ft tiny home features an upstairs loft with a full bed and a queen size, foam, fold out couch bed downstairs. The bathroom includes a standing shower, mirror, a full set of toiletries, linens and a sink with granite-top vanity cabinet. The kitchenette features a fridge, microwave, kitchen towels, a full set of dishes and silverware, dish soap and paper towels. There is ample counter space and the wraparound granite countertop features a cabinet recess with stowaway seating in order to eat or work at the counter. The living area includes a couch, small endtable, chair and 36" Roku TV. Guest access In addition to your own little front porch with seating and a roll out awning , we have a screened and covered gazebo on property with several comfy chairs . Also there are a couple of sitting areas on property whether under a tree with outdoor lighting , or under a shade sail . Other things to note The charcoal grill is available for free on a first come first serve basis, charcoal not included. Don't feel like leaving the comfort of your unit to pick up charcoal? Let your host know 1 day prior to your stay that you'd like to use the grill, pay the $15 charcoal fee; and we'll have an 8lb bag of charcoal ready for you in your unit upon your arrival! We do not have coffee makers inside each unit, since we have a great little coffee shop on property. However if you would like to bring your own coffee maker to have during your stay, that is fine!
