The space The Guest House is a turn-of-the-twentieth-century carriage barn, converted in 2020 with fully modern amenities. - Each bedroom offers a king bed and private en suite bathroom, including multi-head jetted shower. - Individual room-controlled heat/AC. - Free Wi-Fi & streaming TV. - Lounge with comfy large sectional & large Roku TV with streaming cable TV and streaming channels Disney+ and Netflix. - Kitchenette with apartment-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, convection toaster oven, countertop one-burner induction cooktop with compatible pots/pans, electric skillet, Keurig coffee maker (pods and drip), blender, small George Foreman grill, sink, dishes, knives/utensils, glasses/cups. (Please note - although this is NOT considered a full kitchen, it is quite functional.) - Kitchen Table with Chairs - set up for 4, but can be expanded with the leaf next to the washer/dryer to accommodate 6 (there are also two additional chairs in the common room for use at the table so that 6 can eat together). - Free large-capacity washer & dryer use, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. - Enjoy one of the many perfect outdoor spots to take in the scenery - perhaps the deck with picnic table, seating, propane fire pit, and Weber gas grill with side burner; maybe around the wood fire pit next to the deck, or perhaps overlooking the Fox Glen & flower gardens. - Fresh baked goods provided daily (pumpkin raisin bread, cookies, muffins, etc.).
