This room in our home sleeps 2 in twin beds, on the 2nd floor. It's nothing fancy, but simple and comfortable. You will share a bathroom with other potential guests. We live on a mini farm with 12 acres, dogs, rabbits, bees and chickens. Our busy family of 8 also lives in the home, which is a very lived-in space! :) Collect eggs, pet the bunnies, watch the bees and buy some honey. We are minutes from downtown Delaware and 30 minutes from Columbus. Come relax and enjoy quiet solitude. The space This is a 12 acre mini farm with bees, chickens, rabbits, dogs & cats. Enjoy the beautiful views over the field as you relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch, or in the swing under the tree. You can collect eggs, pet the rabbit- maybe even see some baby bunnies, or stand back and view the busy bees. Guest access You will have access to our family home, front porch, back porch and laundry room if needed - $5 per wash/dry. We are a busy family with activities, projects and comings and goings much of the time. The room is our guest room and is a private room. You can use the kitchen as needed, but don't expect it to be "Better Homes & Gardens." It is in use most of the day and can be messy! ;) During your stay Our family is in and out frequently. If we are not home to meet you at the door you will be welcome to come in and go to your room on the 2nd floor. During the day there is usually someone around working around the home. Other things to note This is a 2nd floor room. You will have to use stairs. Laundry is available for $5 per wash & dry. We have a high iron content in our water. We do have a whole house softener, but it doesn't completely eliminate the issue.
