Guest access When you rent Eagle Estate you have access to all 185 acres for recreation. While a handyman lives on the property near the entrance and a property manager accesses the property twice daily to feed horses, chickens and check on the pool and hot tub, you will be the only guests with access to the main house. Other things to note Property manager is onsite twice daily to check pool, hot tub, vegetable garden and chickens. Additionally, someone is onsite to cut grass, trim trees and perform general maintenance.
