Two other bedrooms have queen beds and one room has a bunk and a full. The open floor plan provides a central living and dining room connected to the kitchen. Just off the main living area is an amazing sun room designed to be an additional gathering space. Off the sun room, the quiet back yard provides daily chances to see the deer up close and personal. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals and provides ample counter space with the addition of a new 6 ft island. The house has 2 refrigerators. The house has wi-fi and 4 TVs. One TV in each living area and one in each of the master bedrooms. Fripp Island also provides world class golf, tennis, pools, and dining. Also included with your rental are up to 12 guest cards, with a value of up to $600. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis. NO PETS! Guest access Guests have access to the entire listing and all amenities inside. Other things to note You must be 25 years of age to reserve and stay at this property. Pets are not allowed in most properties, and in any case, not without permission from the property manager. In the case where a pet may be authorized, a pet charge may apply. No smoking is allowed. The cleaning fee covers a one-time departure clean as well as a damage protection fee that provides limited protection in the case of unintentional and accidental REPORTED damage to the property.
