This precious little cottage sits nestled away from the street. Extremely private and quiet except for the birds. Perfect for couples or singles looking to get away from everything. Not recommended for large groups. There isn't a lot of privacy btw the rooms because the house is very small and rooms are very close. POOL IS NOT HEATED. Please ask) Other things to note The bedroom doors are slatted so there isn't that much privacy as far as noise is concerned. There is a TV in the second bedroom but it's no longer hooked up. There is a large TV in the living room w/ Roku. Sonos speaker Please note there are no screens on the doors so PLEASE do NOT leave the doors open when going in and out. Mice, other rodents and bugs will come in. Do not leave garbage on the pool deck. For the same reason. Please make sure all food trash is disposed of in the garage.
