Bluegrass Vineyard B&B, nestled next to the vineyard and winery
Tuscan-inspired Airbnb connected to the Bluegrass Vineyard tasting room and winery. The home is easily accessible to I-65, yet is quietly nestled in the countryside among rolling hills. This listing includes 3 bedrooms with a King and two Queen beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and outside patio areas. We have a large 80 gallon hot water heater, so you don't run out! This home is connected to the winery via a door that remains locked unless cleaning. The space Total square footage of living space is approximately 2,500 square feet. There are separate thermostats for each side of the house, so you can adjust the temperature to your comfort. There are three bedrooms, with one King, two queen beds. There is a full kitchen with cooking utensils, and dishes, glasses, and silverware. There are two bathrooms (one for the master, one for the other two bedrooms to share), and a large eating area to also accommodate small gatherings, and a sitting room with a TV. The BnB is connected to the tasting room which is open daily. All guests receive $1 off per bottle from Bluegrass Vineyard during your stay. There are 10 acres of land available to explore, but please be careful of uneven ground. Guest access Once reservation is confirmed, guests will receive a message from Bluegrass Vineyard a few days prior to your arrival with your door access code for contactless check in. The front door has a keypad which ensures easy access to the house and protects privacy. Your code is cleared and changed upon checkout. Guests have access to the public tasting room during normal business hours, or wine can be pre-ordered and left in the house for you. Guests are welcome to walk through the vineyard, but please be aware of uneven ground and we recommend that you read the Guestbook information beforehand for additional information. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to cook at the BnB and save some money! There is a local Mexican restaurant called Cinco de Mayo that we recommend for a good local restaurant. There are several fast-food options in town as well. There is an IGA which is a small grocery store if you need anything. Beyond that, I recommend going into Bowling Green to find more restaurants or stores. If you have excess trash, the blue outdoor trash can is located by the three car garage. We have a strict no smoking policy inside the home to ensure the health of future guests with sensitivities.
