Leave your keys in the AirBnb… :) The space The Space: Shred and Breakfast is a 760 SF guest suite; completely private with your own bathroom, large living room, bedroom, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. You also have access to a private fenced in backyard and covered patio with fire pit and charcoal grill. Firewood is provided upon request. The suite is equipped with a 2 queen sized beds, 1 sectional couch, full bathroom, walk-in closet, work desk, dining table, 4 folding chairs, charcoal grill, and bike wash station. The Shred: If you're here to ride NWA's world-class mountain bike trails, a private work area with tools for bike repairs is provided. Personalized maps and GPX files are available for planning your epic ride from the Airbnb. Basic MTB maintenance equipment and repair items are available for a reasonable fee. Private, secure bike storage is available on the covered back patio. If you want to ship your bike, I can receive it and build it up for a reasonable fee. BRING REINFORCED SIDEWALL MOUNTAIN BIKE TIRES. (EXO, GRID, etc...) The Breakfast: Freshly roasted local Airship whole bean coffee with an electric burr grinder, electric kettle, french press carafe, and automatic drip coffee makers are provided to suit your preference. If you are not familiar with making french press coffee, detailed instructions and a custom timer (it is a more involved coffee making process) is provided. The Extras: The 60” TV is connected to WiFi and signed into Amazon Video and YouTubeTV. Other streaming services can be accessed as well. Fresh filtered water is available via the refrigerator. Automatic photocell operated exterior lights for safety. Supplemental street parking is available on the well lit street directly in the front of the Airbnb. Iron and ironing board are provided.
