Birch is a little studio new home. Square log construction built in 2017. Located just 3 feet from the water. Located on Big Sand Lake about 2 miles north of Dorset and 7 miles from Park Rapids. Between Memorial day and Labor Day, Birch is not available. The space Birch is a home within Pine Cone Lodge, a MN licensed resort. It is located on the edge of the resort giving privacy and a great view of the lake. Guest access Birch is yours with access to the other parts of the resort. Other things to note If you choose to bring a dog, there is an additional $25/day that you leave in the home upon your departure. No cats. Docks, water toys, tennis net, and volleyball net will not be available between Oct 20- May 15.
