Master King size bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, 2 bedrooms were built large to hold 2 beds and have extra space for air mattress, the 4th bedroom is the only one upstairs (full mattress) and the new 5th bedroom with a Queen. The terrace includes: Jacuzzi, kitchen/bar, 2 half bathrooms (him & her) and plenty of space, all of these with ocean, mountains and desert views. This is a large house with 3300 ft2 and a 4 car garage/driveway. The entrance welcomes you with a 10ft dome and a large open area for get togethers. We will also provide a one time 5-gallon water jug with electric cold dispenser, additional water can we bought at the Modelorama store around the corner.
