These items are not compensable and no refunds will be granted for not having access. - Although every effort is made to ensure the property is in perfect condition for the duration of your stay, we can not accept responsibility for any third party claims, accidents, damage or loss however caused. An adult must accompany persons under the age of 21. Inventory items, including towels and linens, must not be removed from the unit. - All breakages, accidents or losses are to be reported to the host immediately. For your comfort the property is a NON-SMOKING property. If you did smoke outside, please make sure all doors and windows are closed. If we happened to find any cigarettes or the house smell of cigarettes you will be fine $175 to get rid of smell. -Only the initial supply of bathroom tissue, bar soap will be provided. Guest is responsible for purchasing needs for duration of their stay. Cleaning occurs at check out, no maid service during stay. Linens , towels supplied. - The access to the pools can be made only with a permision card, that will be provide with the key. Please take care of that card, the reposicion will cost 85dlls. - We recommend that you lock the door each time you leave the property. We will give you some keys which you must deliver at the end of your stay, along with the access card to the facilities. The key has a replacement cost of 70 dlls. -Any changes to booking agreement may incur fees for change. -Do not move furniture around the home or use it for purposes not intended. -Leave all doors to exterior including the garage closed at all times, this will prevent unwelcomed pests from entering the home. The unit receives periodic regular pest control treatment, however, insects and pests are inevitably present in the Rosarito climate. The Owner cannot guarantee the total absence of insects or pests and action will only be taken when deemed necessary by the Management Company. 
 - No parties and events are allowed on the unit. 
- The host is not responsible for any constructions or improvements that would be occurring in the common area of the condominium and the guest will not be reimbursed in this case. Keep in mind that most of vacation homes communities in Rosarito are always performing some type of improvements or are still under construction. 
- If for any reason an appliance stops working or is damaged , the management company will fix the issue after the guest let us know about it. - Please note that the house has a second floor, so you may be use stairs.
