Head down to the finished basement offering a great play area for the kids and a futon for additional sleeping and a second full bath. Other things to note Weekly summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Many of our guests return each year to relax by the sea. Wireless Internet and cable are included in weekly summer rentals but not included in winter season rental. (These are available for purchase through 2 cable companies for winter rental.)
