This two story, 3 bedroom house offers an authentic Mexican Feel with Modern amenities with an incredible 270-degree view of the mountains, river, and beach! 1/2 hour from both Rosarito Beach and Ensenada and 30 minutes to Guadalupe Valley wine country. The space This beautiful, bright and spacious house offers many attractive custom features. A very unique stain glass window lights up the entry way, the three bathrooms and the kitchen also feature very unique tile designs particular to Mexico! Locally crafted cast iron chandeliers and sconces ornate every room and hallway, the ' terra cotta' tile floor flows throughout both levels. There are French doors on both levels as well, leading out to large patios looking over the ocean, the river, the mountains and the entrance of the famous Guadalupe Valley! Why not have it all?? The fully equipped kitchen located on the upper level in the main dining/living room area is perfect for entertaining and just steps away to the outdoor stone paved patio to enjoy the incredible sunsets and the best views that this village has to offer. Very relaxing! Other things to note On a long-term rental of 2 weeks or longer, we request that our guests use our housekeeping service once a week for just a few hours to wash the linens, sanitizing, change the bedding and tend to the terracotta tile floors (2000 sq ft. of them), freshen up the windows and certainly the all around dust! The house is located in a very rural environment (i.e. foliage, dirt roads, winds/rain) and the house needs care to remain pleasant and comfortable! Her fee is $10 per hour, her name is Celsa, she has been with us 10 years and can do it all in 2-3 hours time, depending on size of group. The last week before your checkout is already paid for...that's when it will require a full, thorough cleaning and sanitization. You can work out a convenient schedule for you with our local manager! We also don't do long-term rentals longer than 2 weeks during the months of April thru August, mainly due to the busiest times of the year.
