Note that the home has open stairs which may be difficult for people with limited mobility or young children. Guest access Entire home will be open to guests. Guests are not allowed to host PARTIES OR GATHERINGS of ANY SORT. Other things to note LARGE GATHERINGS AND/OR PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED - this is a strict City of Tulsa ordinance and a house rule. Guests violating this will be asked to leave the premises - police WILL be called to enforce this and citations can and will be issued for a fine of $1,200. Only allowed 4 vehicles allowed. Street parking is NOT allowed - vehicles left on the street will be towed.
