Welcome to Paradise Villa, a serene retreat nestled in one of the most secure gated communities in Ocho Rios. With 24-hour security, you can relax knowing you're in a safe environment. This spacious villa features 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry for easy self-check-in. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, fan, and AC for your comfort. There's also a bar and restaurant just a 15-minute walk away, perfect for enjoying local cuisine. The space PARADISE VILLA HOUSE RULES If you violate any of these rules, we might ask that you leave the property immediately 1) No visitor/s is allowed on the property unless register by the owner. (2) Visitor/s are not allowed to stay pass midnight or curfew hours if curfew is in place (3) Everyone MUST shower before entering the pool (4) Out door shoes cannot be worn inside the house (5) No smoking inside the house. Any evidence of smoking, there will be a $200.00 US cleaning fee. There is a designated smoking area beside the gazebo all smoking (6) All AC, fan and light must be turn off when leaving the property ( all AC is on a sensor system and if you leave the AC running for more than an hour and the sensor doesn’t pick up body movement, it will shut down. When you return and turn it on, it won’t power on, the sensor now will realize that you are there but it will take 2-3 hrs for it to reset. (7) Gym equipment must be sanitizer after use (8) All kitchen items that is been used must be clean up and garbage must be place in garbage bin outside (9) Car must be return with the gas at the same level. There will be a $120 US surcharge if car do not return with gas at the same level (10) No smoking in the car (any evidence of smoking, there will be $100.00 surcharge for cleaning (11) If playing music outside, please keep at a level not the disturbed the neighbours or neighbours guest (12) Do not unplug any devise. (Doing so will shut down the AC and internet and they will take 2-3 hrs to reset). (13) The security deposit of $150 US can be paid when you arrive at the property. Security deposit will return to you 24-48 hrs after check out. Guest access access information will be sent to you the day of your check in. Other things to note How does it work with the chef. You will purchase the grocery of your choice and the chef will cook for you. Chef will cook two meals, breakfast and Dinner. Price ranges base on group size. We provide birthday Party decoration setup packages. This includes material and a decor person.
