Located just minutes from downtown, home has easy access to both highways leading to Death Valley, Las Vegas, Spring Mountain raceway and Valley of Fire. Self Check-In available 24/7. Adults only (18+) The space This home has an open floor plan and vaulted ceiling. Kitchen is large and roomy with center cooking island and convection oven and convection microwave. Front loading laundry facilities are off of kitchen. Master bath has double sinks, double walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The yard has large paved areas to park with a covered breezeway. There are multiple outdoor seating areas with abundant beach towels and outdoor pool shower. Jacuzzi use will require advance notice of 1 -2 hours to heat in cold weather, and is available until midnight Guest access There is plenty of parking covered and uncovered. The entire house and pool area available to guests. There is no access to the garage or the casita (except for pool bathroom). Other things to note The house can hold eight people, however, there is an additional $50 per person, per day charge for over six guests. We do not host parties and do not have more than eight guests on the property at any time. Pool and jacuzzi are available up to midnight. Adult occupancy (18+)
