Welcome to The Johnny & June, part of our ComeVisitNashville family of homes! This luxury 3-story townhome in a gated community is incredibly spacious and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom! The space The Johnny & June is a perfect place for families and friend groups to stay. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people and has three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and room-darkening shades. **Bedroom 1** This third-floor sanctuary features a king-size bed, a 55-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a massive walk-in shower. **Bedroom 2** Another third-floor bedroom offers a queen bed, a 40-inch TV, and a bathroom with a combination tub/shower. **Bedroom 3** The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed, a 45-inch Smart TV, and a convenient stall shower. Need extra space? The living room sofa bed can be unfolded to provide a surprisingly comfortable queen sleeping option. The living room is designed for relaxation with ample comfortable seating and a 70-inch TV. You can enjoy the throwback vibe with a record player and a collection of vinyl records, all seamlessly blended with our stunning mid-century modern furnishings. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need to cook. From a full set of appliances to a Keurig coffee maker with starter coffee supplies, we’ve got your culinary needs covered. Gather at the bar or the full dining table for memorable meals together. We’ve thought of everything, including towels, full-length mirrors, hair dryers, and an iron/ironing board. Conveniently, there’s also a half-bath on the second floor, strategically located near the kitchen and living room for easy access. For laundry, a washer and dryer are available for you on the third floor. Parking is a breeze with a private garage for 2 smaller cars or 1 larger vehicle (depending on size). There’s no additional on-site parking but contact us for solutions if you'll have extra vehicles! Situated in North Nashville, Music City’s newest up-and-coming neighborhood, The Johnny & June is just 3.5 miles from downtown excitement. Our area offers a unique blend of the charm of older homes and the energy of new construction, providing a glimpse into Nashville’s vibrant culture. We can’t wait to welcome you to your Nashville adventure at The Johnny & June! Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the entire townhome as well as the garage, with parking for 1-2 cars (depending on size). We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note — RATE NOTES — Our nightly rate covers 6 guests or less. Additional guests (up to our max of 8) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Max occupancy is firm & we cannot accommodate groups larger than 8. Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy. We have an actively recording doorbell camera at the front door on the exterior of the townhouse and a security alarm that we only utilize when the home stands vacant. There are—of course—no cameras or recording devices inside the home. For added convenience to our guests, there is an Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker in the living room. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee.
