Beautiful second-floor loft in the middle of downtown Petoskey sleeps 6 people! 2 very large bathrooms with a total of 6 sinks and 4 showers! Reserved parking is in the rear of the building. It is a 10 by 30 foot space that can normally park 2 vehicles nose-to-tail. Depends on vehicle size. There are three bedrooms, all shown in pictures, that sleep 6. Note that one bedroom features privacy curtains rather than walls. There are 23 stairs to climb to this second floor loft. The space 23 steps up the stairs is our loft. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and uncluttered. It is filled with brick walls, original tin ceilings, and views. Parking is easy, and is located behind the building. It is a 10 by 30 space that can fit two vehicles nose-to-tail (unless your vehicles are really big). There is more free parking available within two blocks. Overnight street parking is always available and free:) Parking note: there is not a rear entrance from the parking to the loft. The entrance is in the front. WIFI, YouTube TV (has your cable channels) and Netflix. Feel free to download your favorite apps as well. Guest access Guests will have the place to themselves. One room not included in this listing will be locked off. Other things to note Towels and linens are provided. Please pack your favorite beach towel, though.
