Other things to note - Driveway is limited to one vehicle and shared with the upstairs and side condo neighbors. - Dockspace is limited to one boat (no boat trailer parking available) 27-foot maximum * The condo is not shared, and the deck off the condo is not shared, but the upstairs condo has the lower deck space. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
