Also close to Mission & Pacific Beach, San Diego Zoo (8.5 miles) and downtown (7 miles). The space Built, designed, and managed by local San Diegan families, the space reflects their love for and investment in the delightful and quirky Ocean Beach community. It is intended to offer individuals, couples, friends, or families a retreat to one of the last true beach towns in Southern California. Inside, the home is bright, modern, clean, and professionally decorated and furnished. It offers two bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms, a common space with a fully equipped kitchen and half bathroom, and a semi-private sleepingloft with another queen bed. In addition to three small balconies, the home features a large 600 sq ft rooftop deck with amazing ocean views, table and chairs, loungers, and a BBQ. You won't find anything like it in the area — dine, listen to the waves roll in, or watch an amazing West Coast sunset from your own private space. The home is located one block from the sand and surf. Situated in the heart of Ocean beach, it is also within walking distance to numerous locally owned restaurants, microbreweries, and unique shopping. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest. Self check-in is easy, and management is quickly accessible and available for questions and recommendations... Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home including exclusive access to the rooftop deck during your stay. There is also an outdoor shower, for hosing off after the beach, for guests that is shared with two other homes. Check-in and check out is simple; an email will be sent a few days before your arrival with detailed instructions.Unfortunately due to high demand, turnover, and our standard of cleanliness, we are unable to provide early check-in or late check-out. Other things to note Cleaning - We are thoroughly cleaning through this global pandemic. Every door handle is wiped down. Every dish is run through the dishwasher. Every linen is bleached. Kitchen — Equipped with full-size fridge, gas stove top and oven, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. It is also furnished with plates, bowls, eating and cooking utensils, pots and pans, bake ware, and mixing bowls/cups. Bedrooms — The home has two private bedrooms, the master is furnished with a queen bed, TV, and full bath (shower, toilet, sink). The downstairs bedroom has a very comfortable full size fold-down sofa bed, TV and full bath. Another queen bed is available in a semi-private sleeping loft with another queen bed. above the common space, accessible by a ladder. (See below.) Bathrooms — Two full baths (shower, toilet, sink) are accessible in the bedrooms. A half bath (toilet and sink) is accessible from the common space. Towels and toilet paper are provided. We do not provide soap or shampoo. Rooftop deck — Offers panoramic views from the three-story home, furnished with table, chairs, loungers, and a BBQ. Ladder and stairs — The home is three stories and requires use of stairs. The common area and bedroom are located on the second floor and are accessible by a set of indoor stairs. The rooftop deck is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by a set of outdoor stairs from the second floor balcony. The loft is accessible by an indoor ladder and is not recommended for young children. TV and internet — Televisions are located in the two bedrooms. They are equipped with Roku so you can log into your personal Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu accounts. Free WiFi is available in the home. (The televisions are not connected to traditional cable.) Parking — This unit accommodates one small to medium sized vehicle in a garage. Please note that access can be tight and large vehicles will probably not be able to maneuver into and out of the garage. Security Cameras — For your safety and ours, there are surveillance cameras outside of the Airbnb and around our house. There NO cameras inside of the Airbnb. Your privacy, safety, and comfort is our #1 concern. The cameras protect both of us in case of something bad happening. No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for cigarette butts found on the property No Parties - Parties without prior written permission are not welcome here. Please spare our environment. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any confetti found. Rental Agreement - You will be required to sign a separate rental agreement and upload a government issued ID to complete your booking. This helps protect our property from unauthorized activities such as parties and other more nefarious problems we've encountered in the past. We apologize for the inconvenience.
