Androscoggin Annex is a 2 bedroom/2 bath home conveniently located in the Berlin Mills/Heritage Park area with a view of the beautiful Androscoggin River and Mahoosuc Mountains of Maine. The home can accommodate 8 guests. There is ample parking for your trucks and trailers. The space Do you love the great outdoors? Do you like having space to relax and enjoy the folks you travel with? If you do then this is the place for you! Androscoggin Annex sleeps 8 adults comfortably. The first floor consists of an open living/dining room, full bathroom, mixed use bedroom/laundry/hangout room and small seasonal gear room for your muddy boots. There are 2 twin beds located in the mixed use space. Additional guests can be accommodated in this area, please inquire. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to make preparing a simple meal or a large dinner, complete with a basic spice cabinet. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms- master with queen and guest room with 2 queen beds, large bathroom and a workspace. Both bedrooms boast a beautiful sunrise view of the river. Out back, you will find a small deck that has a grill and access to both the mud room and the mixed use space. You will have access to the garage where you can find a chill space to throw darts or listen to tunes. In the side yard you will find a fire pit. Sit on the farmers porch and enjoy a cup of coffee while the birds are singing and the river is flowing. We are now pet friendly. We welcome up to 2 well behaved small and medium dogs for a small fee. Please inquire before booking Guest access Garage is seasonal only. We provide all linens and basics for your stay, with that comes many loads of laundry. We pride ourselves in paying our housekeeper a living wage.
