Make this your home away from home for several months in a central location while you explore the greater New Orleans area, work, play and enjoy. Knowing that you will have a quiet relaxing place of your own at the end of the day to bring you peace of mind. If you instantly book, a lease agreement will be required with 24 hours of booking. We won't be available in person all of the time. We give our guests space but always available by VRBO texting. *Our charming flat is 1,300 square feet in size and on the second floor, with private entrance. *Accommodations are for 2 adults in a Queen bedroom and a FULL bed in the second bedroom. Additional information: *It has a queen-size bedroom in the private in suite bathroom newly renovated. *Second bathroom has a bathtub and spacious shower/bathroom and soaking tub/shower. *Fully equipped kitchen for cooking includes granite countertops, all new stainless appliances or explore incredible local foods at great restaurants in the area. *Linens and towels are provided. *We provide a starter kit that includes toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and other cleaning supplies. Guest must provide these items during their longer length stay. *Free Sling TV included during you stay.
