The Gingerbread Cottage, at the McKinley Edwards Inn, is located in Bryson City, North Carolina, the gateway to the Smoky Mountains. The cottage is tucked away in a secluded part of the property under mature oak trees and surrounded by evergreens and a variety of flowering plants. The cottage has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area and fireplace. There is a large private deck off the back with a barbecue grill and seating for six. The space The McKinley Edwards Inn is a historic inn located just minutes from the center of Bryson City and the depot for the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. The inn has 12 spacious rooms and a two room suite. The main house offers several common areas you are welcome to use. There is a beautiful glassed in dining area as well as a three-tier patio with the best views of the mountains in all of Bryson City. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast buffet each morning between 8:00 - 9:30 am.
