This manufactured home features vaulted ceilings, a large living room with 2 comfy couches and an overstuffed chair and electronic dart board. The bullfrogs, ducks and songbirds abound! Plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the great outdoors, steps lead down to the creek. The space Very unique in Arizona to have waterfront property which is why we fell in love with it. We sit on a pond created by the dam at Silver Creek. Families and kids swim and fish off the dam. Silver Creek is stocked with trout upstream at the trout hatchery by Arizona Fish and Game. In addition there is a private lake within 1 mile of our home that allows boating, water skiing, fishing etc. We allowed pets in the past so if you have pet allergies, be advised that pets have stayed here. We are no longer allowing pets in our home. If you are looking for elegance, this is not the place. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place at a good price, this may be the place!
